Managing Partner

Przemysław Kucharski is an advocate and managing partner in Kucharski & Partners.

Przemysław specialises in real estate law, construction law and advising on transactions. His unique skill is combining a thorough knowledge of the law with tax expertise and business acumen. He has over 15 years’ experience in international law firms, advising on numerous large real estate, corporate and financial transactions, including asset/property management, land acquisition, land development for industrial, retail, office and housing uses, project financing, corporate structuring of transactions, leasing of commercial, industrial and office space, and restructuring.

Przemysław also has considerable experience in handling various administrative and civil proceedings, including all issues related to property development, construction permits and approvals, zoning and related matters, as well as construction disputes.

Before founding Kucharski & Partners in January 2018, Przemysław was a property partner at Baker McKenzie. Earlier he rose from the position of associate to partner in CMS Cameron McKenna’s real estate team. Earlier in his legal career, he worked as a tax lawyer in the real estate department of EY and in the real estate practice of Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (Poland’s largest law firm associated with EY at the time).

In 2013 and 2014, on ascholarship granted by CMS, Przemysław participated in Building on Talent programme at IMD Business School. He completed the apprenticeship for judges in Poland and is a member of Polish Arbitration Association.

Aleksandra Kaczmarek

Managing Associate

Aleksandra Kaczmarek is an attorney-at-law and Managing Associate in Kucharski & Partners. Aleksandra is advising on real estate and corporate law matters. She specializes in asset management matters including lease agreements regarding office, warehouse and commercial premises. Aleksandra is also well experienced in examining the legal and actual status of properties, in particular in respect of perpetual usufruct, land register proceedings, administrative decisions issued during the investment process, reprivatization claims, infrastructural investments, spatial planning and land development.

She has assisted Polish and International clients in the sale and purchase of properties as well as construction and investment real estate projects. Aleksandra advises companies on day-to-day operational matters as well as in M&A and joint venture transactions.

Before joining the Kucharski & Partners Law Firm, she gained experience atleading international and Polish law firms, including Kochański, Zięba and Partners and Baker McKenzie.

Marta Piękna-Kucharska

Of Counsel

Marta Piękna-Kucharska is an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) specialising in business law, civil law, labour law and family law. While managing partner ofher own firm, Piękna-Kucharska & Partners, at Kucharski & Partners she is of counsel, supporting clients with a wealth of knowledge and legal experience.

Marta draws on many years’ experience as a supervisory boardmember of state-owned companies, she has worked in the legal department of the PolishMinistry of the State Treasury and the General Inspectorate of Road Transport. She has extensive experience advising both individuals as well as corporate clients.

Marta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and has completed specialist courses at Shafston International College in Australia.

Wojciech Miszczuk

Associate

Wojciech Miszczuk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Wojciech has gained professional experience at a firm of patent attorneys, at law firms specializing in various fields of law and in public administration. He specializes in corporate law, civil law and civil procedure law. He has extensive experience providing ongoing and direct legal support for corporations and businesses.

He advises the clients in civil cases, including civil proceedings, enforcement proceedings, cases before registration courts as well as matters arising in daily business operations.

Sylwia Boguska

Junior Lawyer

Sylwia Boguska is a fifth-year student at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and graduated from Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. Her interests include civil law, commercial law, as well as capital markets. As part of her additional education, she has taken part in the Corporate Law Academy and the Tax Law Academy. Before joining Kucharski & Partners, she completed an internship at BSWW Law Firm, where assisted in real estate projects and advising companies on ongoing commercial matters.

Maja Bałdyga

Office Manager

Maja Bałdyga is the office manager. For over 20 years she has been worked in the international law firm environment, first working for Nabarro Nathanson, then Allen & Overy. For 10 years she managed the Warsaw office of the American firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, after which she spent 4 years at the British law firm CMS Cameron McKenna as administrative manager of the Warsaw office. She also used her extensive experience in office management and administration in the organization of the Bátor Tábor Polska Foundation (foundation providing life-changing experiences, strength and tools to live and to recover for seriously ill children and their families) office, where she worked as managing director.

Aleksandra Lichodziejewska

Assistant

Aleksandra Lichodziejewska is a second-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Aleksandra is involved in the activities of the Scientific Circle of Banking Law, in which she co-organized the 10th National Congress of Banking Law. As a young law student, at work she is guided by the desire to practice acquired academic knowledge. Aleksandra deals with the ongoing coordination of the office's work, contact with the Client, and supports the implementation of the office's objectives.
